Website design fees are one-time charges with no annual fees. After project completion, all permissions and content files are fully owned by the client. If you need additional services (such as web hosting maintenance and advanced SEO optimization planning), fees will be charged annually, but these services are completely optional and you can decide whether to use them based on your actual needs.

The number of page designs mainly refers to custom-designed pages, such as service pages, about us, and contact pages. The following types are not counted in the design quantity: privacy policy, terms of service and other legal pages (usually generated using templates), blog post list pages, product pages (for e-commerce websites, these are automatically generated by themes or plugins), and system pages (such as 404 pages, search result pages, etc.). In most cases, the number of page designs is already very sufficient. If you need to add simple pages, we can usually assist for free; if custom-designed complex pages are needed, additional fees may apply, and specific costs will be assessed based on project requirements.

Within 3 months after project completion, we provide free basic page addition or modification services (limited to non-complex pages). If you need to add complex pages or make major changes, fees will be calculated based on workload and charged as a one-time fee with no annual charges. Our goal is to ensure your website runs stably after delivery and meets your business needs.

Our hosting service is based on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and uses SSD NVMe storage technology to provide an efficient and stable hosting environment, ensuring excellent website performance. The service includes automatic backup, DDOS and other network attack protection, and SSL certificate configuration, comprehensively ensuring website security and data integrity. The hosting service fee is HKD 2,000 per year, covering basic maintenance and technical support (such as hosting environment optimization, security updates, etc.).

Yes, you can use your own hosting. We will assist in deploying the website to your hosting and conduct basic testing to ensure the website runs normally. Please note that if your hosting performance is insufficient or there are compatibility issues, it may affect website speed and stability. We will inform you in advance and provide solutions.

Yes, we provide daily website maintenance services (optional) to ensure your website runs stably in the long term. Service content includes regular system and plugin updates, regular website performance maintenance and optimization, regular backup and security checks, small-scale content updates (such as text or image replacement and organization), assistance with article uploading and organization, and quick response to customers’ technical questions or providing consulting services. The maintenance service fee is HKD 1000 per month (basic plan), suitable for general corporate websites; if you need advanced maintenance services, please contact us for a quote.

Yes, all our web design packages include basic SEO optimization for free, including website speed optimization (such as image compression, cache settings), setting titles and meta descriptions, website structure optimization (such as internal linking, breadcrumb navigation), submitting XML sitemaps to search engines, and Google Analytics and Google Search Console configuration. If you need advanced SEO services, they can be provided according to your needs, with fees negotiable and generally charged annually.

Yes, after project delivery, we will provide easy-to-understand usage tutorials, including how to update website content (such as adding articles, modifying images), how to manage products (applicable to e-commerce websites), and how to backup and update the website, ensuring you can easily manage daily website operations independently.
